Bernard-Henri Lévy: ‘Antisemitism is back. Everywhere. Openly’
In an interview with The Algemeiner, 70 year-old French author and intellectual, Bernard-Henri Lévy (BHL) warns of rising antisemitism in Europe and the United States stating:
Times are tough again for the Jews. The need for resistance and counteroffensive has returned for the Jews of Europe, the United States, and the world. It’s terrible. But that’s the way it is. And it is a fact that we’re going to have to start dealing with right now.
BHL added: “Pittsburgh tore a hole in the splendid pact between America and the Jews. Why? How? How far back does the rift go?”
BHL will speak on the topic at New York City’s 92nd St Y on February 13, 2018 with English historian and author Simon Schama.
